AB Mauri – Cereform Australia contracted Autonomous Energy to engineer, procure and construct a 100kW Solar PV System for their manufacturing facility in Wetherill Park, Sydney. Our team designed the system to closely match the energy consumption of the facility, whereby avoiding unnecessary costs. Autonomous Energy was selected after careful consideration of the quality, safety, durability and cost effectiveness of the solution.
A combination of quality components, equipment, technical experience and knowledge mean that AB Mauri-Cereform now has a solar PV system that will generate reliable, renewable energy for decades to come.
Autonomous Energy solution
- This system features 384 x LG MonoX Modules and 4 Aurora TRIO Inverters. Autonomous Energy only use what are referred to as 'Tier One' components, ensuring quality and durability in our systems.
- LG offer one of the most competitive products for systems up to and including 100kW. AB Mauri-Cereform selected LG MonoX modules, which boast proven standards of durability, power tolerance, reliability and warranties. These high quality, high efficiency panels offer a visually pleasing appearance and come with a 25 year product warranty.
- The annual energy production of this system is 145,061 kWh; and the annual emissions reduction is 153,760kg CO2-e. Energy production data is captured using the Power One Aurora Vision system.
- An online solar data monitoring system allows Autonomous Energy to monitor the performance of the system. It also enables AB Mauri–Cereform to display this data to engineers and other stakeholders.
- Special consideration was given to the engineering of the mounting frame as the roof is, uniquely, aluminium. The design incorporated Schletter technology that enabled Autonomous Energy to secure the frames directly to the roof support without disrupting its integrity, as demonstrated below:
