Autonomous Energy is delighted to announce its selection by Woollahra Municipal Council to rollout turnkey solar power systems across five Council buildings.
“Our focus on quality, safety and performance has resonated with Woollahra Council and we are pleased to be appointed to deliver Woollahra Council’s solar power rollout”, comments Mark Gadd, Managing Director at Autonomous Energy.
Autonomous Energy was selected after a thorough competitive public tender process was executed by Woollahra Council for their solar project. Planning and design work has already commenced with construction to begin in early February 2016. The buildings to be converted to clean solar power include the Watson’s Bay Library, the Fletcher St Depot, the Cooper Park Community Hall, the Quarry St Depot and the Hugh Latimer Local History Centre. This is an exciting solar infrastructure project in the heart of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs demonstrating strong leadership by Woollahra Council in reducing pollution and addressing climate change.
